Financial District London

While in London I would like to visit Financial District, better known as "The City" or "Square Mile". Here you will find the London Stock Exchange, Bank of England, Baltic Exchange, as well as the famous Gherkin, among other buildings that are crucial to England's economy.

 

Financial District is widely known for its architecture, with it's vast variety of modern skyscrapers. Square Mile sits on the northern side of River Thames and is about ten minutes walking distance from the London Bridge.
